The products sold on this website are not NAFDAC approved. They have been manufactured under Good Manufacturing Practices and tested for cosmetic safety on skin and hair, but it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure compliance with local regulations before resale or public distribution.

By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
1. Product Status & Safety Disclaimer
All white-label and off-the-shelf products listed on this website are manufactured in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and have undergone internal quality, safety and stability testing for cosmetic use on skin and hair. However, these products are not NAFDAC approved. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a cosmetic product that is not registered with the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) and that it is your responsibility to register or label the product appropriately in your target market before commercial sale or distribution.
2. Intended Use & Liability
Our products are intended for external cosmetic use only. We do not make medical or therapeutic claims. Granels Manufacturing Limited will not be liable for misuse, mislabelling, or resale in jurisdictions where the product does not meet local registration or regulatory requirements. You are responsible for ensuring that the product, packaging and claims comply with the laws of your country or region before selling to end consumers.
3. Orders & Acceptance
An invoice is generated when you proceed to checkout. All orders are subject to availability and final confirmation by our team. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if payment is not received within the stated timeframe, or if the shipping destination cannot be serviced.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due by bank transfer to the account details shown on the invoice. Orders are not considered confirmed until payment is received and verified. Payments not received within 12 hours of invoice issuance may be automatically reversed or cancelled.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Standard shipping fees apply based on location. Abuja deliveries are dispatched Monday to Friday. Deliveries outside Abuja are dispatched on Fridays only. If you are ordering more than a sample box, our customer care team will contact you with an updated shipping cost. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by logistics partners or local conditions.
6. Labelling & Regulatory Claims
A complete ingredient list for each product formulation is provided to help you prepare your own labels and packaging. You may not claim that the product was "Manufactured by Granels Manufacturing Limited" on your labels, packaging or marketing materials unless you have separately engaged and paid for our regulatory and label-claim service. If you require this attribution, please contact us to discuss our regulatory support offering before production begins.
7. Sampling & Fragrance
We provide samples to help you evaluate product performance, texture, skin and hair compatibility, and fragrance preference before committing to a bulk order. Fragrance: Standard Granels fragrance included. Granels provides a professionally selected standard fragrance for applicable products, so no fragrance selection is required when ordering. The minimum white label sample order value is ₦50,000. Bulk production will only proceed after you have confirmed your final product selection in writing. We encourage you to test samples thoroughly and raise any questions or concerns with our team before placing a bulk order.
8. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. Refunds, if approved, are processed at our discretion and may take up to 14 business days.
